Occupational Therapist

Pioneer Talent are delighted to be working with a progressive and highly respected provider of rehabilitation services to search for an Occupational therapist. The Occupational Therapist is an autonomous practitioner providing a high standard OT within our client’s Therapy Centre. The OT is responsible for working with the Multi Disciplinary Team & the Home Managers / Lead Nurses to ensure that the rehabilitation and therapy needs of each Service User are met. This will involve ensuring that provision is of consistently high quality. You will provide assessments, goal setting, treatments and evaluations for patients with a wide range of complex physical, sensory and cognitive problems. As an experienced OT, you will provide clinical supervision and in service training to therapy assistants, nurses and carers to develop some specialist skills within a neurological setting.
