Senior Technical Designer

About the Role: As the go-to for technical design, you’ll work closely with the lead Senior Designer, ensuring the highest standards on every project. You'll also play a key role in building a team of top-notch Technical Designers. Your Key Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate production and construction documents using Revit or AutoCAD Engage directly with site teams and subcontractors Handle snagging, quality control, and on-site surveying Prepare planning and Listed Building applications Assist with space planning and prepare schedules (finishes, doors, etc.) Lead the entire design process, from initial due diligence to site completion Coach and mentor junior Technical Designers What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of technical experience, preferably in commercial interior fit-outs Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD; BIM360 experience is a bonus Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with confidence Communicates effectively and can work both independently and collaboratively Solid understanding of UK building systems, regulations, and construction methods
