- Demonstrated knowledge of HHSRS and its application in housing enforcement.

- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in housing, environmental health, or a related field.
- Certification in HHSRS or equivalent housing health and safety standards accreditation.
- Full driving licence to enable travel throughout the operational area.
