Senior Quantity Surveyor

Ashbys Consulting are working with a family-owned main contractor in East London who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor.The company deliver a variety of residential, commercial, education and healthcare schemes, encompassing new-build, refurbishment and restoration projects, with projects being valued up to £15m, almost always located within the M25. They have an excellent reputation for build quality and service amongst their clients, and across the wider industry; with the majority of their work coming from long-established client relationships.As a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a small commercial team, you will report to the Commercial Director, and potentially take responsibility for an Assistant Surveyor, and a Commercial Administrator.You will need proven experience of working in a main contracting or development background, and have a project portfolio of similar significant projects. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of a project, from pre-construction, through to delivery and handover. You should also be capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.You will be rewarded with a generous, negotiable salary and full, attractive benefits package.
