Skilled in identifying HR trends, directing attention to key issues, and optimising resources. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR management role, showcasing leadership and innovation. CIPD Level 5 qualification, demonstrating commitment to continuous professional development.
