Data and Cutover Lead

We are urgently seeking an experienced Data and Cutover Lead to coordinate business cutover and data management processes for one of our esteemed Life Science clients. Expertise with SAP S4/HANA and integrated applications is essential. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also crucial for this role. This is a 12-month contract with a strong potential for renewal through to program completion. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement (3-days onsite in London). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders to develop and execute business cutover plans. Lead and coordinate data activities such as cleansing, validation, and governance. Ensure accurate data management across systems, driving quality and integrity. Oversee cutover milestones and facilitate rehearsals and live cutover activities. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders, addressing any issues. Mentor and guide team members on best practices in data and cutover processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years experience with project management and working in diverse, cross-functional teams. 5+ years of experience in data management, must include SAP S4/HANA. Proficient in SAP data migration, validation, and quality management. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
