𝙃𝑰𝙂𝑯 𝑬𝙉𝑫/𝑺𝙐𝑷𝙀𝑹 𝑷𝙍𝑰𝙈𝑬 𝑹𝙀𝑺𝙄𝑫𝙀𝑵𝙏𝑰𝘼𝑳 𝑺𝙀𝑵𝙄𝑶𝙍 𝙌𝑺 One of our clients is seeking a dedicated Senior Quantity Surveyor who can help shape the commercial team not only by running their 2 largest projects but also play a pivotal part in developing the team and developing new basement and MEP businesses within the company. They boast creating a building environment that allows their teams to deliver unprecedented quality under tightly controlled programme conditions. This approach minimises variations of uncoordinated works, minimises delays to the programme through a proactive set up and enables to procure and deliver outside of the constraints your ‘usual’ contractor.
