Job Title: Labourer Job Type: Temp to Perm Job Category: Property Services Location: Islington Salary: £14-£15 per hour We have an opportunity for a Labourer to join our client's responsive maintenance team in Islington and surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Assisting trade operatives Deliver high standard workmanship Getting Materials and assisting with maintenance Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism. Requirements: Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector. A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required Benefits: The working hours will be 42.5 a week and will be between Monday to Friday. You will be required to use your own vehicle for travel between sites however, the company will provide milage cover which will be up to roughly 150 miles per week.
