Academics are working with a Secondary School in Chippenham who are looking for a Lesson Cover Coordinator ASAP Key Responsibilities: Manage lesson cover across the school during teacher absences. Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans. Monitor student behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Communicate with staff and students to ensure lesson transitions run smoothly.Job Requirements: Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Previous experience in a classroom setting or a similar role is preferred.
