Your New Position
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, staff, and logistics. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, optimising processes, and meeting organisational goals.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and receipts.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and improve warehouse layout and space utilisation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
- Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance and productivity.
Requirments for Success:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role.
- Must be able to work 4on 4off morning shift
- Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory control systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
