Key Responsibilities **Patient Care:** - Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to residents - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians - Monitor patient health and record vital signs. **Clinical Duties:** - Develop and implement individualized care plans - Perform diagnostic tests and assess results - Provide wound care and manage chronic conditions. **Team Collaboration:** - Work in concert with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care - Communicate effectively with residents and their families regarding care plans and medical concerns. **Regulatory Compliance:** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Adhere to all nursing home policies and healthcare regulations.
