Role Details:
- Location: Hailsham (BN27 Area)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-17:30
- Pay Rate: 18-19 per hour (depending on experience and CSCS card)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled internal and external drainage groundworker to work for our client in the Hailsham. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced skilled internal and external drainage groundworker to work with a large groundworks construction Contractor on the South coast.
Role Overview:
As a and skilled internal and external drainage groundworker you will be working as part of a team to carry out the very first, and often last, work on a construction site. As and experienced groundwork with a CPCS slingers ticket with you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of duties, including:
Key Responsibilities working and knowledge of:
- Laying internal and external drainage (plastic and concrete)
- Able to read and understand drawing
- Able to pay drainage to drawing specification
- Able to lay foundation to drainage and carry out tests to ensure quality
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Must have Green CSCS card as a minimum. Ideally hold a Blue skilled NVQ CSCS card in Ground works
- Experience in internal and external drainage is essential
- PPE will be provided.
- Strong attention to safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
