Manage planning applications with local authorities, championing regulatory compliance and building strong relationships along the way. Commercial Lead the negotiation of property agreements, ensuring optimal terms for property deals and long-term project success. Use your financial expertise to evaluate project viability, refining financial models for maximum profitability. Technical Oversee advanced GIS tools for site mapping and assessment, including QGIS, driving precision in project planning and execution. Lead grid and technical assessments, ensuring every detail contributes to the success of the project. Continuously improve origination processes with data-driven insights and innovative techniques. What You Bring Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects (solar, wind, battery storage, EV charging). Strong leadership and project management experience, taking projects from concept to completion. Expertise in GIS software and site mapping tools, with a knack for financial modelling and understanding legal frameworks. Stellar communication and negotiation skills, adept at managing stakeholder relationships. Proactive problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple moving parts without missing a beat.
