We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and passionate individual with a strong background in Administration or Customer Service.At Davies, we value transferable skills and qualities that focus on what you can bring to the role. While industry experience is a benefit, it is not essential as we will provide you with full training and support when you start with us.What will your day look like:Communicating with parties involved in car accidents and gathering information for the purposes of processing and assessing the claimManaging a caseload of claims to plan telephone contact and updates with the client, the insurance company and other third parties involved in the claimKeep quality records of the history and up to date position of claims awaiting hire decisions or hire arrangementsProvide advice to client regarding the claim and any additional services offered by the businessComply to all technical and regulatory processes and proceduresAbilities And Knowledge:Previous experience in a busy administration / customer services role.Proactive in solving problems and organising own workloadA quick learner with a natural ability to understand processes and technical informationA background in an insurance or credit hire business would be an advantageA good overall ability with technology including Microsoft office packagesA good standard of educationA bit about Davies: We are a global team of more than 6,500 professionals and growing, operating across the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada & Bermuda.
