Senior Programme Director (Banking)

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced Programme Director with extensive experience in banking and payments to act as the interim head of customer operations for an online banking client of theirs during a period of major transformation. You must have done a similar role for a large banking organisation in line with the below. You will take a programme lead role across multiple workstreams on high profile programme, being responsible for its successful delivery of projects outcomes. Provide thought leadership and strategic direction on all change initiatives and oversee multiple, complex transformation programmes simultaneously. Act as a trusted advisor to the senior client leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on business improvement opportunities. Managing cross functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience and business outcomes. You will need to be on site upto 3 days a week and can be based in either London or Glasgow, with occasional travel to the other main site. The role will be inside IR35
