NQ Solicitor - Poole Our well-regarded client are looking for an NQ Solicitor to join their Commercial Property & Planning team in Poole. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met. Key Attributes include: Ability to negotiate effectively Knowledge of property development, plot developments, bank finance work, leases and licences. Ensure the highest level of client care Excellent verbal and written communication skills A sense of initiative and enthusiasm Good IT skills They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment. They will look to provide a starting of between £50,000 - £55,000 and this will look to increase, once established.
