I am looking for an experienced Account Manager, it is essential to be considered for this role to have three plus years’ experience within one or more of the following sectors: Technology, SaaS, Telecommunications or Oil and Gas. Do you have: Passion for Account Management and Sales. Experience in sales operations and account management. Exceptional negotiation, listening, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple customer projects with precision. A proactive approach to closing business and driving sales initiatives. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside internal teams to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement growth strategies. Drive proactive account management for assigned partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall customer experience. Provide regular profitability analysis and accurate monthly reports.
