Gas Safe Plumber (Domestic) £35,000 - £40,000 Soho and surrounding areas Monday – Friday, 08:00am-17:00pm The Company: Our client has been established since 1991, with their growth and longevity due to an excellent reputation in the market and outstanding service delivery. They specialise in reactive maintenance, full refurbishment, fabrication works and property services across both domestic and commercial properties. Having longstanding contracts with some of the most prestigious organisations / companies within London and the UK. Role overview: Working on one of our clients prestigious contracts in the Soho and surrounding area, completing plumbing and gas maintenance / installs. Installation and Maintenance: * Install, service, and repair domestic gas appliances such as boilers, cookers, and heaters. * Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure all gas appliances are functioning efficiently and safely. Plumbing Installation and Repairs: * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and fittings. * Address issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems. Safety Inspections: * Perform safety inspections and issue gas safety certificates. * Identify and rectify any potential safety hazards in gas and plumbing systems. Troubleshooting and Repairs: * Diagnose faults in gas appliances and plumbing systems. * Carry out necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal performance. Customer Service: * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and queries. * Offer advice on energy efficiency, appliance care, and plumbing maintenance. Compliance and Documentation: * Ensure all work complies with current gas safety regulations and plumbing standards. * Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including safety certificates and service reports using our mobile apps. Emergency Response: * Respond to emergency call-outs and provide timely and effective solutions to gas and plumbing-related issues. Requirements & Experience: * Minimum of 5 years' previous experience within maintenance sector * Gas Safe (Domestic) * NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing
