In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.Connect to your opportunity You will be responsible to manage Deloitte UK’s Identity and Access Management (I&AM) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) operations and solutions in accordance with the firm’s policies and standards, and its legal and regulatory obligations. ·       Managing I&AM and PAM operations, ensuring all requests and incidents are addressed within the agreed SLAs/OLAs.Managing compliances and ensuring the I&AM/PAM operations and processes are in alignment with Deloitte policies and standards as well as industry recommended standards and best practices.Identifying gaps and improvement opportunities within current capabilities and building a program to uplift the capabilities. Driving and implementing I&AM/PAM initiatives; co-ordinating and collaborating with teams across other geographies and third parties as required.Creation of reports, dashboards, metrics for I&AM/PAM operations and presentation to leadershipContribute towards shaping I&AM/PAM policies and standards in alignment with current threat landscape and industry standards/best practices.Performing discovery and scanning to identify unmanaged privileged accounts within the Deloitte network and analyse its usage to manage them within PAMS.Integrating PAMS with third party applications like Qualys, ServiceNow etc Performing disaster recovery and Power-down exercises to ensure I&AM/PAM applications are ready for contingency failover.Maintaining process documents, such as, operational procedures, break-glass process, user training, DR plan etc.Initiating and supervising on upgrades and patching for infrastructure on the vendor recommended version.Ensuring the teams are fully optimised, prioritising tasks and allocating resources accordingly.Managing performance (i.e., people leadership) of direct reports.Connect to your skills and professional experience You are self-initiative with a problem-solving mindset. You are someone who can collaborate with wider teams to achieve a desired solution and continuously work towards improving processes.Essential Skills:Hands-on experience in implementation of a PAM solution, onboarding privileged accounts to the PAM solution and implementation of the different security features, such as automatic password management, threat analytics, session management etc.Experience with Active Directory and any Identity management solution.Experienced in integrating different applications and systems with a PAM solution to enable automatic password rotation.Strong knowledge and understanding of security policy frameworks and controls implementation on identity and access management.Experience in managing day-to-day operational activities including incident management.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Business case writing and reporting to leadership, including MS Excel and Power point skills.Desirable Skills:Basic Project Management skill and understanding of agile methodologies.Implementation of CyberArk and its componentsExperience with cloud platform and managing privilege roles/accounts of Azure and AWS Knowledge and understanding of security metrics and reporting requirements.Dashboard and reporting in Power Bi and Service NowAbility to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environmentConnect to your business - Enabling FunctionsCollaboration is central to everything we do at Deloitte.
