Electrical Engineer (Nights Only)

Static site: London Mon to Thurs (7pm - 5am) Overtime available in abundanceDuties Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting Emergency light testing Power distribution Electrical fault-finding Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits PAT Testing Control Panel maintenance Transformers Star Delta Starters Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls) Water treatment - dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing Boilers - re-sets Chillers - re-sets, 1st Line faults General fabric maintenance as requiredRequirements C&G Level 3 Electrical Installations (essential) C&G 18th Edition (essential) Critical building maintenance experience (desirable)Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
