Estimating Manager

They are now seeking an experienced Estimating / Applications Manager to lead and inspire the internal Estimating team at their newly refurbished Ipswich office. Currently a team of 8, the department is poised for growth in the coming years. The successful candidate will oversee KPIs, delegate tasks, and ensure that quotations and product selections are consistently delivered with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing a technical team of similar size, with experience in setting KPIs and optimising team workloads. Familiarity with the Building Services or HVAC industry, particularly with technical products, will be highly advantageous. The Estimating Manager / Applications Manager will receive: * £50,000 basic salary * Bonus based on Company Performance * 25 days plus Bank Holidays * Company pension contribution * Life insurance * Private medical insurance and dental insurance
