Opportunity: This is an opportunity for the top sales leaders in the UK to join our team as a Fractional Sales Director, who is passionate about sales, is entrepreneurial and has the appetite for growth. As a Sales Geek, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities in the businesses that will will work with on a fractional basis, with our use what you need method, sales support has never been more affordable for the SME sectors. Our founder, Richard Few, has a deep understanding and obsession with sales, constantly evolving to adapt to changing buying habits. We are inspired by supporting ambitious clients to grow and achieve their goals, and we love helping people fulfill their dreams, hopefully this also resonates with you. Qualifications Sales and Business Development leadership skills or at least 3 years Experience in sales operations, customer service, and team management - again at least 3 years Worked in sales for a least 10 years plus Ability to achieve sales targets and goals and apply this for your own clients Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong leadership and management abilities Be able to work in varied sectors Be aligned with our business mission - Change the way the world perceives sales Represent our 6 values - make it fun, brave, care, learn, change the world and get sit done Work autonomously but part of a growing community As a starting point please refer to our website to download our Prospectus
