We're currently recruiting for an Residential Scheme Manager on a temporary basis and Part time basis, to join A well-established housing association in the Birmingham area. This is a great opportunity for people-focused individuals who are looking to develop their skills within Housing.

Job Title: Residential Scheme Manager
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 15 hrs a week
Contract type: Temporary
Pay: 12 per hour paid via umbrella

As an Residential Scheme Manger, you will be:

• Maintaining the appearance of the building
• Raise any repairs to the correct team
• Ensure the building is compliant
• Supervise and manage the lease hold of the building
• Act as first point of contact between the company and residents
• Carry out and record external and internal block inspections

As our ideal Residential Scheme Manager, you will have:

• Basic knowledge of IT skills
• General understanding of the health and safety legal requirements
• Able to work separately and on your own
• Ability to communicate effectively

This role requires a basic DBS check
