Operations Executive required by a world-leading cultural travel company which organises small-group tours immersing its customers in the arts, music and history across countries all over the world. In this role you will organise tours and events, liaising with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
Hybrid role in London office. Salary c.28K
Operations Executive Responsibilities:
- Make reservations with hotels, transportation, restaurants, museums, etc
- Collaboration with ground suppliers: museums, box offices, local tour guides, churches, private properties/gardens, sites of archaeological importance, churches, producers of wine
- Briefing the tour guides; collation of documentation
- Liaison with clients, helping with questions, checking availability, making reservations.
- Contracting musicians, sourcing of venues, ship
- Pricing tours; adhering to budgets.
- Updating customer database and some management of website.
- Management of information resource.
- Proof-reading client docs, brochures and website
Operations Executive Experience and Skills required:
- Exceptional spoken and written English
- Degree educated
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge of and interest in the arts (classical music, architecture, history, archaeology).
