Release & Systems Administrator Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: £500 per Day (Inside IR35)

The Role
I am working with one for the world’s largest and leading solutions businesses who work with end clients right across the globe. They are now working with a customer based in Leeds and have a requirement for a Release & Systems Administrator to join their team and support with a large-scale project.
Responsibilities
User Identity and Security Management. Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the system. Ensure security best practices are followed. Assist to maintain software licenses, user access and security roles
Configuration and Business Process Management. Define, develop, and operate business processes. Configure system settings to align with organizational needs. Assist to maintain, and test system configurations and workflows
Extensions and Customizations. Operate extensions (custom code or modules).
Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365. Manage upgrade/update support. Collaborate with delivery manager and test manager to plan and execute the deployment of updates and releases across environments.
Backup and Database Management. Move databases to new environments. Restore databases to specific points in time. Oversee the management of data within different environments, including data migrations, data refreshes, and data archiving.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for each environment, including configuration details, security settings, and any environment-specific considerations
Monitoring and Troubleshooting. Monitor and manage non-production deployments.
Monitor and communicate maintenance notifications.
Monitor production servers (e.g., D365 Finance & Operations, Synapse Fabric Link).
Monitor performance Dynamics 365 environments.
Provide as needed support for troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues.
Manage and coordinate with 3rd Parties through to resolution raised system issues.
Coordinate with other IT groups for support

Monitoring of D365 Services deployed in first release.

Security Configuration Guidelines
Collaboration with Development and Testing Teams
Environment Health Check Reports

Skills & expertise Required
Dynamics 365 F&O Lifecycle Services
Power Platform Environment Administration
Azure DevOps
Technical experience in D365 Systems Administration and Configuration
Technical functional knowledge in one or more of following areas: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Fixed Assets or Inventory
Ability to logically troubleshoot technical problems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
