Academics LTD is working with a fantastic school in Reading, which provides high-quality, personalised support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is searching for an empathetic and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Autism Specialist, working closely with SEN practitioners and psychologists. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with external professionals, including psychologists, to provide tailored support Support students in developing emotional regulation and social skills Work with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH ) needs Demonstrate an interest in working with children or in the field of SEN Bring a positive, calm, and proactive attitude, with a strong interest in Psychology This role offers a great opportunity for graduates to gain experience in an educational environment. No prior experience is required, though qualifications such as a Degree or Level 3 qualification are beneficial.
