Our client is a large independent house builder, and we are supporting them in their recruitment for an experienced Sales Consultant to join their exceptional sales team. The roles will be based at a development in South Cornwall.
The successful candidate will bring outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. A positive, self-motivated and target-driven approach is also essential, along with a full driving licence and the ability to work weekend hours as necessary.
You must be very well organised too, as an important part of your role will be keeping paperwork up to date. Proven experience gained in the new home sales environment is an advantage however our client will also consider applications from candidates with an estate agency background.
Key attributes essential to the role:
- Experience of sales in new homes or estate agency.
- Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
- A positive attitude and approach
- Target driven and self-motivated
- Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
