The assistant general manager (AGM) at KOLAE helps the general manager to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly. Duties and responsibilities assigned to the AGM Banking operations Compliance checks Fire Safety control Supervising stock order of consumables Service quality Supervising food bibles, training and knowledge tests for our floor staff Completing inductions and contract with the GM Supervising training processes for the floor team Completing HR job chats and probationary meetings with the GM Supervising Events coordination Support the GM with the recruitment processes As AGM you will act as deputy in the absence of the general manager and be a point of contact for our floor team.
