Customize entities, workflows, and reports to meet specific client requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure seamless adoption. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics CE with other systems. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). Strong understanding of CRM processes and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
