Senior Acoustic Consultant  Location: Manchester  Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE Our client specialises in delivering environmental consultancy services with a strong focus on acoustics, air quality, and environmental permitting. Their expertise supports clients in the residential, commercial, industrial, and public sectors, ensuring regulatory compliance and enhancing the environmental performance of projects. The Role  As a Senior Acoustic Consultant, you will be pivotal in leading complex acoustic assessments and delivering consultancy services that make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting environmental noise and vibration assessments for a variety of sectors. Advising on building and architectural acoustics for both new builds and renovations. Working closely with clients to provide clear, actionable insights for planning and compliance. Managing project timelines, budgets, and junior consultants to ensure high-quality deliverables.About You  Our client is looking for a professional with: A degree in Acoustics, or a related field, and at least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in acoustic modelling software and familiarity with UK planning regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to sustainable, practical solutions.
