We have a vacancy for a 3rd in charge in a good rated nursery in Stevenage. The nursery has 24 staff who care for the 92 children who attend the nursery. The nursery was rated good on their last OFSTED inspection. We offer an excellent salary plus many other company benefits. The ideal candidate will: • Ensure the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met in all aspects of the nursery. • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed by all. • Support key people as they identify training or development needs for staff. • Ensure that all children receive age appropriate education. • Ensure any complaints or concerns raised are dealt with in a thorough and timely manner. • Ensure all records and reports are kept up to date. • Market and always promote the nursery in a positive light. • Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive. • Have at least 1 year experience in a similar position, or a minimum of 2 years at room leader position.
