Circle Foods have partnered with a food manufacturer in Northamptonshire who are seeking a Nights Hygiene Manager to join their Technical team, ensuring the highest hygiene standards across their production facility. The Nights Hygiene Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining exceptional hygiene practices throughout night operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong focus on food safety and team leadership, who thrives in ensuring compliance with all applicable food safety and hygiene legislation. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring all aspects of hygiene meet or exceed the BRC food safety standards and are compliant with current industry legislation. * Managing hygiene budgets, monitoring expenditure, and overseeing stock levels of hygiene consumables. * Overseeing the Hygiene and Amenities Operatives, ensuring shift rota management, training needs, and appraisals are fulfilled. * Conducting regular audits, compliance inspections, and driving root cause analysis to implement corrective actions. * Leading micro reduction initiatives, sampling for quality assurance, and continuously improving sanitation practices. * Working closely with suppliers to source the most suitable and cost-effective equipment and consumables. This role requires a proactive leader who takes pride in maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
