is looking to recruit a Commis Chef for our Pavyllon/ Bar Antoine restaurant by chef
Yannick Alléno
. Chef Yannick Alléno is one of Frances most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 15 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The Worlds 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Allénos philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience. Your role As Commis Chef you will play an integral part in our kitchen restaurant team. You will prepare all mise-en-place, items and dishes within both our restaurant kitchens while gaining exposure to all sections. You will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to.
This will be a front-facing role so it is key you have the want to both interact with guest and create culinary excellence.
