TRAINING PROGRAM

Successful candidates will be enrolled in our bespoke in-house sales training program, designed to ensure your success. This proven system includes:

Sector-specific training
Sales techniques and strategies
Practical desk-based sessions
Classroom theory
Mentor-led coaching
Gradual target buildup over six months
Guidance on business development, meeting management, consultative selling, revenue maximization, and more
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling to various businesses and professionals across the Midlands
Conducting face-to-face client meetings to identify needs and offer solutions
Scheduling and managing your own sales meetings
Organizing your diary to maximize productivity
Building and managing your own client portfolio
Working from our Birmingham headquarters
Engaging in new business development and client acquisition
Providing a consultative, solution-focused approach to existing and new clients
Meeting weekly and monthly sales targets
REWARDS & EARNINGS

Starting salary: 25,000 - 30,000 (based on experience)
Realistic On-Target Earnings (OTE):
Year 1: 25,000 - 40,000
Year 2: 35,000 - 50,000
Year 3: 45,000 - 70,000
Year 6: 70,000 - 100,000
Our commission structure is entirely uncapped, and many earn beyond these estimates.
