With around 30 employees, this company works in niche areas, primarily in the waste sector, partnering with major water companies like Severn Trent, Wessex Water, and Thames Water. Supported by a larger group, they’re investing £2.5 million into a new manufacturing facility in Dorset, signalling growth and stability. Job Overview As a Sub Agent, you’ll assist Project Managers in delivering water and wastewater projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. You’ll coordinate with teams on-site and in the office, maintain client relationships, and manage project timelines and documentation from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with planning and executing water and wastewater projects. Coordinate with site and office teams to keep projects on track. Manage project timelines from contract award to completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure contract requirements and project documentation are met and delivered.Skills & Experience Minimum of three years’ experience in project management or delivery, ideally in the utilities or M&E engineering sectors. Experience in the UK water industry is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
