We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our client’s team, where you will take charge of building and expanding their client base within a competitive market. In this role, you'll leverage your consultative selling expertise to identify new business opportunities and deliver bespoke solutions that align with each client's unique needs. Your mission is clear: Grow the business by developing and nurturing high-value client relationships. You’ll inherit an established client base, but the real challenge—and opportunity—lies in your ability to expand this portfolio. Through strategic cross-site networking, client referrals, and targeted research, you’ll play a crucial role in the company’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Growth: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the market sector, positioning solutions as indispensable to clients’ success. Strategic Account Management: Implement and execute account management strategies that ensure long-term client retention, while upselling and cross-selling to maximise revenue. Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales targets by presenting compelling value propositions that align with client objectives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: B2B Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a solution or service-oriented environment. Consultative Selling Skills: Exceptional ability to conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored solutions, and negotiate win-win outcomes. Relationship Builder: Strong ability to cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor. Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
