Head of Industrial / Head of Driving

White Rose have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Industrial / Head of Driving to join our company to manage and grow an Industrial or Driving desk supplying temporary and permanent staff in the Nottingham/Derby area. We are looking for a people person who is good at building relationships and looking for the next challenge in their career. The role of Head of Industrial/Driving will involve: • Generating new business from within the market • Working on a constant source of new sales opportunities • Attending client meetings to build relationships • Building a client portfolio • Working towards an annual sales target • Growing and managing your own team • Responsible for your own P&L The ideal applicant will: • Have a proven record of a successful sales role • Must have a background working with Industrial clients • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Hardworking and resilient personality • Able to manage a team What we are offering: • Up to £45,000 annual salary • Uncapped commission scheme • Birthday day off • Early finish on a Friday • “Dress for your day” dress code • Freedom to manage your own desk and diary with no micro-management • Pay day breakfast • Free onsite parking
