Key duties and responsibilities of the Legal Conflicts Executive are: Reviewing new business intake requests and collating results for conflicts checks with resolutions and clearance on all issues Researching new client matters, coding of engagement letters to establish guidelines and documenting all actions on the conflicts database Working closely with the Ethics Committee, firm attorneys and all levels of firm administration, ensuring all levels of administration are inline with the firm policy guidelines Assist the Conflicts Supervisor with training Conflicts Analyst Assistants and new Analysts Prepare and implement screens/firewalls when required in all firm matters The ideal Conflicts Analyst would: Have proven experience of Conflicts Analysis and Researching within a law firm Be detail orientated, flexible in regard to scheduling to accommodate work demands and ability to multi-task Have excellent Microsoft package experience, including Word, Office and Excel Be a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally Have experience in a legal office environment If you have the experience and feel you could be a great fit to this role, then please don't hesitate to apply.
