The purpose of the Sales Academy Manager is to: Reduce risk and ultimately cost by increasing the viability of home grown talent via BDR, SDR and into more senior roles Boost retention and reduce churn of sales by virtue of a structured role skills matrix and process from BDR to Enterprise or Sales Manager Continue to drive sales performance through increased skill levels, retention and motivation You will achieve this by: Tailoring and evolving the current 4 week onboarding process Helping to Implement scheduled measurement of the sales skill levels defined for each sales role relative to current and potential job roles Work with sales management to facilitate the signposting to appropriate learning to increase specific skill levels including Dedicated Sales Enablement Coach Shared Sales Training sessions by Sales Enablement Coach eLearning Best practice sharing through listening to best practice call snippet library via Clari Copilot Presentation tasks with feedback The role will also own and coordinate Sales Enablement Spotlights, and other sales team facing activity. This team leader role is a player manager role with responsibility for: Working collaboratively to implement and evolve the agreed sales skills roles matrix that equates to the MHR Sales Academy Facilitating progress of sales skills by signposting best fit training method for each individual scenario Administrating the use of the sales skills roles matrix by working with sales managers, HR and People First to ensure measurement is an integral part of periodic Check Ins.
