About This Role Bordeaux & Burgundy is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring thoughtful, on-brand, and forward-thinking designs to life for our clients. As a Graphic Designer, you will work with a team of marketing specialists to deliver everything required for outstanding, results-focused advertisements across various digital platforms, both internally and externally. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and a desire to implement efficiencies in their process. Responsibilities (included but not limited to); Understand and own project requirements and concepts, taking these from conceptualisation to delivery Produce final design solutions, including but not limited to social media graphics, email banners, OOH assets, print collateral, and presentations Be able to work well with differing brand guidelines and levels of detail from a brief Be proactive in your approach to projects and use initiative to find solutions to design challenges Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Pitch creative ideas and collaborate with team members to launch projects Automate any repetitive processes and create robust templates to increase efficiency Be organised and ensure all design filing is consistently up to date while managing your time effectively Use feedback as a way of improvement with a keen eye for detail, i.e., be proficient at proofing both designs and design copy Be able to manage multiple stakeholders, working both individually and as part of the wider team Essential Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Designer Previous experience in an agency environment and very comfortable working with varied corporate brand guidelines from brief, sign-off, to go-live Extensive knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) Familiarity with design techniques (e.g., prototyping) Extremely comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and translating requirements Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts) Teamwork skills, a keen eye for detail, and multitasking abilities Great communication and time management skills Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude Organised and used to working both independently and as part of a team Big picture mentality Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video is a plus but not essential Desired Personality Traits Forward-thinking, motivated and possesses a strong sense of ownership Highly affable, collaborative, and positive in mindset Adept at problem-solving and clear, capable communication Role Benefits Compensation for this role is up to £30,000 per annum based on experience Remote-first working environment Generous holiday allowance
