Junior Investment Manager

Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and generate strategic investment ideas within the infrastructure asset class. Lead and oversee financial analysis and modelling, developing valuation cases and managing due diligence across financial, legal, and technical areas. Manage external advisers, engage with deal partners and co-investors, and facilitate transaction execution. Evaluate capital structure options and manage financing where necessary. Prepare detailed presentations and recommendations for the Investment Committee. Oversee portfolio companies, ensuring effective performance monitoring, governance compliance, and reporting processes. Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 7 years of M&A transaction experience within a Corporate, Boutique Advisory, or Consultancy firm. Background in Infrastructure, with experience ideally covering core mandates. Strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with private market valuation techniques. Experience in direct investment due diligence, including managing multiple workstreams. Effective communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive approach.
