Join Tradewind Recruitment as a Nursery Assistant for a Nursery School in Wakefield! Are you a passionate nursery professional looking for flexible work opportunities? Tradewind are seeking experienced nursery staff to join our supply team for a nurturing nursery environment based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. These are usual school hours, working from between 8:30am until 3:30pm. As a supply nursery staff member, you will play a vital role in supporting our children's learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will be responsible for creating a warm, engaging atmosphere where children can thrive, while also ensuring their safety and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities that foster children's development across all areas of learning. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children. Support children's individual needs and interests, promoting their social and emotional growth. Maintain high standards of care, hygiene, and health and safety. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support children's development.Ideal Candidate: Experience: Previous experience working in a nursery setting is essential. Qualifications: You must hold a relevant TA qualification, a minimum of level 2, Level 3 or be a qualified nursery nurse.
