Support Growth: Provide outstanding teaching that meets the diverse needs of all students, raising standards of teaching and learning within the department. Expert Guidance: Offer specialist subject expertise to support departmental staff and promote continuous improvement. Accountability and Support: Hold other staff accountable through teaching and learning programs, ensuring the successful implementation of whole-school policies and initiatives. Professional Development: Plan and facilitate professional learning workshops as requested.What We're Looking For: The successful candidate will: Hold a recognized teaching qualification and a degree or equivalent. Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice and excellent behavior management skills. Have experience with lesson observations and providing constructive feedback. Show proficiency in improvement planning and implementing effective strategies to raise student achievement, with evidence of success. Exhibit a proven track record of achieving excellent results at KS3/4.
