Role: Private Client Tax Manager / Senior ManagerSalary: 65,000 - 75,000Location: BristolOverview:Quinton Davies is working on behalf of an established large regional accountancy practice who are looking for a Private Client Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join the Bristol team.Duties & Main Responsibilities:Managing the tax compliance work on a client portfolio. Reviewing work of more junior staff. Dealing with HMRC correspondence including enquiries. Taking a senior role in developing client relationship, through conversations and meetings as well as delivering technical advice. Attending client meetings & creating a client relationship built on trust and confidence in your ability, ensuring clients naturally default to you. Spotting and acting on opportunities to enhance the experience of our clients. Helping their clients to thrive by proactively dealing with client queries, building strong commercial relationships, and considering their clients holistic financial needs. Providing high level technical advice to less experienced members of the management team. Experience, Attributes and Qualifications required:ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified. Self-motivated Flexibility and adaptableFamiliarity and an understanding of the relevant statutory compliance issues affecting the GDPR, Money Laundering and the Health and Safety at Work Act Good technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance Familiarisation with personal and business tax regulations, plus VAT and PAYE Supervisory experience of accounts staff Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues Please contact Alex Turner on 01173636063 or for more information regarding this opportunity.Quinton Davies will not discriminate on unlawful grounds.
