Production Fitter

Pertemps West Bromwich are currently recruiting for several Production Fitters to join our expanding client based in Tipton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a skilled team in a dynamic and growing company, with a chance to secure a permanent position after a successful trail period. Duties will include (but are not limited to): -Assemble mechanical components for product -Install hydraulics and other mechanical systems -Perform in-line inspections during the assembly process -Adhere to health and safety regulations whilst performing tasks The Ideal Candidate: -Previous mechanical hydraulics experience is essential -Previous knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering is preferable -Must be capable of interpreting engineering drawings -Use of tools including air, electrical and manual -Must be able to provide own tools -FLT Licence is beneficial Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday from 07:30am – 16:30pm Friday from 07:30am – 12:30pm Pay Rate: Starting rate will be £12.50 per hour This may increase up to £13.50 per hour after a successful trial period This is an immediate start for a successful candidate.
