Project Manager

Linear Recruitment are searching for an experienced Project Manager to work on a large scale, social housing refurbishment scheme. You will be based at the Huddersfield office covering multiple locations.

Long term Freelance opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Managing team of site managers
• Conducting plans for the following months
• Organising surveys of properties
• Liaising with sub-contractors and co-ordinating delivery of refurbishments

Requirements:

• Direct experience working as a Project Manager on large scale social housing refurbishment projects (ideally kitchen and bathrooms)
• Very strong organisational and communication skills
• Strong management skills
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
