If so, this could be the job that you are looking for Job Reference: SK - 3514 Our client is a corporately owned Hospital are looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. The Role: This rota for this role is a 4-day week with 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full weekends. There are no OOHs requirements. This hospital has a team consisting of 10 Vets, HVN, 6 RVNS (Including 1 dedicated Imaging RVN), 4 Patient Care Assistants and 5 Client Care Assistants. In the typical day-to-day, the hospital have 3/4 Vets consulting, 1 Vet on CT/MRI, 2/3 Vets on ward and 2/3 Vets on surgery. The clinic is run by the two Branch Partners who take referrals from lots of branch clinics as well as having our own OOH night teams. The practice are looking for an experience Veterinary Surgeon to lead the team, with the ideal candidate being someone that is confident in working sole charge, has excellent surgical skills and is confident with in all routine and emergency surgical procedures, whist also being skills in routine medical procedures. It houses an MRI/CT unit and so treats many interesting neurology, medicine, surgical and other case and is equipped with endoscopy, arthroscopy, digital x-ray, MiLab X7 ultrasound, multi-parameter monitors, in-house bloods, dental radiology and much more The group is also supported by its own pet blood bank, laboratory as well as other services.
