Note Taker for Disciplinary Investigations: 6-week minute taking role

We are seeking a diligent and attentive minute-taker to assist with disciplinary investigations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately recording minutes during investigation meetings, ensuring all questions and answers are documented comprehensively.
Your temporary role:

• Attend 4-5 half-day meetings via Google Meet to take detailed notes.
• Ensure complete confidentiality.
• Accurately capture all questions and answers during the meetings.
• Adapt to changes in direction during discussions.
• Be present, listen attentively, and type notes in real-time.
• Collaborate with the Investigation Officer, who may prepare questions in advance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the investigation process.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent listening and typing skills.
• The ability to work independently and maintain focus during lengthy meetings.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and meeting directions.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with Google Meet.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in note-taking.

Additional Information:

• Completely remote via Google Meet.
• 4-6 Weeks (subject to change).
• Immediate start.
• Hours working between 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM.
• Meeting times will be confirmed based on diary availability.
• The investigation process may extend beyond the initial timeframe, depending on the progress and availability of participants.
• Working within a not-for-profit organisation.
