Junior Estimator

Junior Estimator Exeter I am working with a well-known, reputable and successful national house builder to recruit a Trainee level Estimator to join their team and begin laying the foundations of becoming a fully qualified Estimator. Working with the experienced commercial team, you will learn the following: * Effectively manage the pricing of housing sites, from land costs to tender documents * Sub-contractor liaison * Pricing packages * Understanding site budgets * Quantifying materials needed * Contributing to the delivery of high-quality homes This is an excellent opportunity offering dynamic and structured career progression. Ideally you will have some knowledge of estimating / costing and be working towards a HNC or construction related qualification. Looking for an enthusiastic individual with the desire to learn, must have good IT skills and of a confident nature. Applicants must have a full driving license due to the location of sites.
