Mechanical Project Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently working with one of the UK's premier M&E companies. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee major new build projects throughout London.

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Mechanical Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering MEP projects of £10-35 million in value. Ideally Commercial, or High-End Residential experience. The candidate will need to be capable of confidently delivering projects within Central London and able to take the lead on large mechanical services installations. You will hold an industry related qualification together with a steady background of employment within the Mechanical Sub-contracting sector over the last 5-10 years.

The successful candidate will benefit from working with a leading organisation within the UK market. The candidate will also have the chance to work on some of London's most exciting construction projects. A highly competitive day rate is on offer to the right candidate.
